Job Context

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Manage Sales, Dealer Management & Development is responsible for long term network vision through market studies, dealer appointments and sells.Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Work with ASM and other Sales team to achieve the target fixed by the authority.
  • Spreading the market countrywide by developing root level market with Sales team.
  • Strengthening network via performance improvement oversight and management change.
  • Assure new and existing dealers meet existing requirements for management, capital, facilities & image program is implemented as intended; and verifies that company policies are followed.
  • Assist Head of Sales to formulate Policies & implement Strategies to attain National Sales & Development goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage sales forces and lead to the goals of national market.
  • Spreading the market countrywide by developing root level market with Sales team.
  • By utilizing the sales resources and public demands he need to maximize the sales volume.
  • Research about future market and making plan and executing proper way.
  • Provide sales forecast and monitor implementation process and report achievements.
  • Achieve monthly, weekly, quarterly targets of sales & collection to ensure growth.
  • Manage dealer performance oversight & reports necessary for dealer performance tracking in conjunction with Sales Field Operations.
  • Manage national dealer on-boarding activities to ensure sales & collection targets including the development of Dealer Agreement packages & Creation of new dealers.
  • Manage Market Study analysis to determine optimum dealer count and preferred locations. Review and recommend markets, prospect and site selection for expanding dealer operations.
  • Manage process and prepare documents for dealer termination.
  • Manage activities related to implementation and adherence to the Retail Program.
  • Operate Sales Field Operations, the activities related to dealer improvement and/or replacement of poor performing dealers for executive oversight.
  • Manage the budgets for New Dealer Support Program, New facility Support Program and other programs that may arise. Provide the accruals for these budgets to Accounting on a monthly or quarterly basis as required.
  • Provide budgets and coordinate activities with market intelligence and external source.
  • Oversee Business Management activities of dealer network – timely financial statement submission, Dealer Information Network – MIS, dealer dashboards, meeting working capital standards, dealer standards
  • Coordinate a weekly meeting to review department activities, provide weekly reports and other reports as required by management.
  • Other duties as assigned or required..

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Educational qualification for experienced candidates will is relax-able.

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 5-8 years of prior experience in Mobile Accessories/ Gadgets/ Consumer Electronics/Dealer experience.
  • Experience as NSM will give priority.
  • Some exposure to / involvement in the network development/improvement process.
  • Prior dealer placement/development/ management experience
  • Mobile Accessories/ Gadgets/ Consumer Electronics retail/ Dealer sales experience such as Zonal Sales Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Divisional manager/ Manager
  • Bilingual in English and Bangla, verbal and written
  • Extensive travel is required.
  • Expertise in Presentation, MS Word/Excel is required.
